They are made with a network of different materials that have a rigid structure and surface filtration. They can be pleated for a greater filtering surface, or with a cylindrical surface for greater ease of washing. Thanks to these characteristics, they are guaranteed to be washed at least 500 times thus allowing a very high economic and environmental saving. These cartridges are ideal for the filtration of water that still has a high presence of suspended solids (up to a maximum of 2 ppm of TSS) with a heterogeneous distribution of particles.
Fiberglass housings are available for such kind of filters for capacities up to 216 m3/h per skid. Cartridge filters can be supplied up to 1micron rating.
